Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a comfortable double bed. The decor throughout was fresh, and everything was well-maintained. The service was exceptional, and all staff members deserve big pay rises. However, even though the dry cleaning service was free, there was no offer to provide even a drink or food for the room. The location was convenient, especially with the NCP car park right next door. The dining experience, although overpriced for smaller appetites, was very tasty with plenty of variety. The facilities were great, but it felt like they were a bit understaffed.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and surprisingly nice, although the slamming doors post-midnight were a bit disruptive. The full English breakfast was a perfect start to the day, leaving me refreshed for my journey home.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean and comfy, despite the slightly dodgy aircon in the town centre of Luton. The location was ideal for me, being quiet yet centrally located. The service was friendly and helpful, especially with a mass booking situation. The dining experience was very good with a nice range of food and drinks, although slightly expensive. Overall, a great value for money option in Luton.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with ample space, although the bath was a little small for me. The service provided was friendly and helpful, though there was an issue with a meal being incorrectly prepared and overcharged. The location was excellent, offering plenty of nearby dining options and validation for parking. The dining experience was fresh and varied, though slightly overpriced for those with smaller appetites. The facilities were good, and the overall experience was worth the stay for the value.
The hotel was surprisingly quiet despite being in the center of Luton and offered clean, warm, and ready rooms. However, there was a noticeable smell that was different from a typical Premier Inn room.
